Nashville, TN -- Key2Ed announces the offering of Julie Weatherly's monthly updates on legal issues to help school agencies comply with federal and state guidelines in their efforts to educate children with disabilities.

Julie Weatherly is presenting this annual series of ten 90-minute legal updates beginning in January 2006. The first one will be streamed from the Key2Ed Web site, with subsequent updates to be broadcasted on both video and audio over Key2Ed's Education Communications Network (ECN).

The annual subscription fee for all 10 sessions is only $3,000. As an introductory offer, Key2Ed is offering a first time trial rate of $300 for the first session with no obligation to continue the service. Key2Ed is confident that school agencies will quickly recognize the value of these monthly updates and subscribe annually. Key2Ed's introductory price of $300 will be credited toward the annual subscription cost. However, school agencies that elect to view on a session by session basis they may still do so for $500 per session.

In addition, an optional personal Q&A sessions with Julie will be billed at a rate of $230 per hour.

This is an opportunity to keep Special Educators up- to-date with the new federal legislation and recent case law. This is an especially value for those "in the trenches" staff members who often do not have the opportunity to hear this kind of legal advice.
