Company Mission

We offer high quality educational media products, training programs, and consulting services to connect teachers or professional consultants to those that need them. Our products and services must be able to greatly improve the ability of our clients to train and/or teach our other clients.

Goals and Objectives

Our goal is to be one of the leaders in providing:
  • Educational instruction, preschool through graduate school.
  • Professional staff development for educators and other professionals.
  • University undergraduate and graduate instruction & degrees.
  • A network of professional organizations' conferences and communications to their members.
  • Assistance with recruitment of highly qualified staff.



Douglas Little - President

Douglas Little has worked in the education arena for over thirty years.
He has worked in general education and special education in rural,
suburban, and urban districts and as an official with the US Department
of Education.


Joyce Little - Chief Operating Officer

Joyce Little, Ed.D., Doug’s wife, has also enjoyed a thirty-year career in education. Her experiences have included working for districts as a fund-raiser and grant writer, and developing award winning school business partnerships as well as administering local special education programs in Northern and Southern California school districts.

For the past five years, Doug and Joyce owned and operated JDL Associates, Inc, an educational consulting company specializing in training for school districts and state agencies regarding special education issues. The Littles developed JDL’s signature training, Essential Facilitation for IEP Meetings, and also JDL’s training in Writing Goals and Objectives.

Education Board of Advisors

Julie Weatherly, Esq., Resolutions in Special Education, Inc.

Julie is one of the foremost legal experts in the country in the field of Resolutions for Special Education. In addition to running a consulting business in this field, she has a private law practice that consists of legal representation of and consultation with public school agencies in the areas of special education and anti-discrimination law.

Dr. Cable Starling, Professor, School of Education, University of Alaska.

He is currently a tenured professor at the University of Alaska specializing in Special Education programs. He was the Department Chair of Special Education Program from year 2001 through year 2003. He received the Outstanding Distance Educator Award for 2002-2003. In addition, in 2003 he received the Lifetime Leadership Award from College of Education Faculty Association.

Ricardo Medina, Director of Human Resources, Alum Creek School District, San Jose, CA

He formerly served as the Superintendent of Bridgeport-Spaulding Community Schools with a diverse student population of 55% White, 30% Black ,15% Hispanic students, and 60% free and reduced lunch eligible students.

Dr. James Carter, Superintendent, Selma City Schools, Selma, AL

He is currently serving the Selma City Schools as the Superintendent. Some of his achievements include: Developed plans and implemented Alternative School Program Developed plans and implemented Security Program Developed plans and implemented a new Student Code of Conduct Book Developed course offering for Prep Tech diploma Revised School Board's Policy Manual Developed plans and implemented Gang Awareness Policy Developed short range and long range goals Developed and implemented system-wide improvement plans Developed plans and implemented Positive Role Model Program Developed plans and implemented a system-wide Parental Involvement Program

Bryan Blavatt, Superintendent Boone County Schools, Boone County, KY

His responsibilies as the Superintendent are: Chief Administrator for the third largest school district in the state. Responsibility for management of over 15,000 students, 2,400 staff members and 25 physical plants. Fiscal responsibility for a working budget of 98 million dollars. Provide instructional leadership to insure continuing student success (highest performing non-independent school district in Kentucky). Coordinate a myriad of programs to foster greater accountability and encourage excellence. Work with individual site based committees to direct and supervise effective instruction.
